BCST has the pleasure to announce you, the part 5 of the program of Prince Charles. In this part, he explains how he will develop businesses and the economy by creating easily occupy-able building and flat for businesses and how he intends to create a business culture. Businessmen and businesswomen who want to invest in our country, needs to find easily renting houses and building for their businesses. And for the businessmen to invest in our country, or the business to develop there should be a spirit of entrepreneurship that pushes people to do so. Below his the Prince’s program in his one words relevant to those points:
1. Developing our infrastructure for creating easily occupyable building and flat for businesses
We will create new business areas or new architectural organization in our town and cities and regions. Currently, we are still mainly in the format of mix business and habitation areas, in the architectural organization of our cities, hardly do we have business areas more created by the effort of businessmen to be in a given business area that is good for their business. But, our cities do not have proper urbanism plan consisting of designing after each number of persons a business area that will be near them so that they can go shopping. For example after every 100,000 persons we will save or create the conditions to have a business area for those people. In highly populated cities as London, we will create such business area at every geographic corner of the city that needs it. We will make easy the access to such area, by building high ways, and high speed electric trains, and an organized networks of public and private buses at very cheap price so that people go quickly and easily in those shopping area. The best of all, we will not give the authorization to build habitation houses and flats in those areas, in which only will be built police stations, firefight stations, and even discrete military camps. The advantage of such area is to easen and quicken the business activities in our cities that most of the times are slowered by the traffic. Those business areas will not be as markets, no, they will be kind of shopping-relaxation areas as they will have restaurants, night clubs, cyber cafés, sport areas, and even hotels for businessmen that comes in our country only for shopping and relaxing, we will give them the opportinuty of not being far of those area.
After the creation of those shopping-relaxation areas we will encourage businessmen to buy in them, by making them reduction regarding the payment of the different taxes. And we will make the basic social services as water, electricity and internet connection very cheap in those areas, always with the desire to boost businesses and consumptions.
2.Create a new business culture in our country
Any country in the world have a business culture than us, we initiated industrialization and capitalism. But, currently we are on a dangerous slide of economic socialization of our economic tissue ( No critics or indirect reference to any Party) just a non partisan point, for example in term of business easiness and friendly culture, America and even countries as China is more business friendly than we are. We put the stress more on services than on businesses, we are giving the state lot of business responsibility when we should put individuals in front and the government back our country was the greatest on earth, for creating a business culture.
Creating such business culture goes with making the business and wealth creation as the pillar of our society, through the revision of education curriculum to make it more favorable for business at all levels, without entering in an easy indoctrination of those kids. For example at all level we will put credit only on business, how to do it, why it is important, and what are the new economic opportunities to explore.
Already on the education sector our training is highly professional but still on the theoretical side there are lot of work to be done. There are lot of philosophy and useless wording about abstract notions without concrete applications; we will remove those points, by designing an education curriculum that equipped our children of a highly pragmatic and business mind. Here is how economic practical theories will be put forward, we will put in the curriculum credits, and chapters on given successful businesses and businessmen. To show concretely how such individual have developed his life and that of his country through his creativity. Currently, the stress in the education world is on scientists and their theories we put the stress on businessmen and their practical theories.
In the same efforts, the exercises and academic understanding tests will be centered on business tasks. Moreover, we will make the education more centered on the students than on the teachers, by educating them more about how to think regarding solving a practical problem than an abstract problem. What matters is inspiring and raising the students’ intelligence.
A key point, a country as our with a great Empire should teach our kids about leadership, how to create business, how to lead them, and how to lead only.
We will add to the curriculum as well military credit regarding the basic of the corporation in terms of rules, and little practical notions of strategies. Such way every single citizen will not be stranger to military work, military tactics, and the different classical weapons to use. The approach will be not enough to be a proper military training, and enough with a little training to make every citizen a quickly mobilizable soldier.
We encourage as well corporations and businesses in our country to take lot of trainees, such way to quick the economic discourse.
