This is the part 5 of your series: The Council and the Ruling of Illegality and the Promotion of Unethical:
After last March bloodshed in the Westminister, the council had the opportunity to change the dead MPs which represents more than the majority of the MPs. It refused to do so, for two main reasons 1) the council could and cannot survive to the revelation and advertising of the national tragedy that happen that day.
Those MPs could have been changed without even revealing the tragedy; 2) it goes in the sense of the interests of the council to have a huge control on the Parliament now. Having a Parliament made for the essential of the ghosts of dead MPs, people with no hearts, no souls, no principle, no moral, real political mercenaries easier the council's control. The later scenario gives more space of maneuvering for having the parliament adopted any law they think fitting their interests. Remember, the dictatorship nature of their reign requires no rules and laws in the making and ruling of the parliament in their perspective, for them to use it as they want, and hijacking the power from the British subjects, who those MPs are supposed to represent, but do no more represent, because even originally the British did not vote them, and even the false ones that were reported voted by them were dead and replaced by different people, who have nothing to have with them: a total usurpation of identity and power.
The council could and cannot survive of the revelation of March 2017 tragedy and the reasons that led to it because the tragedy was the clear proof of the division and political disorder they set in our country and want to maintain some aspects. Moreover, it is the living proof of how they force themselves to believe that they can put in bracket our constitution, for doing their coup and place in the throne someone who does not have right to it. We should not avoid by no way saying the real goal of the council which are the continuation of their rule; and especially the abolishing of the monarchy and transforming of our country in a republic in which the head of the council will be the president. That is the format that fits the best their interests, as a republic fits the best dictatorship that they already set in our country there are currently 70 years, when a monarchy through its secularity, the sacredness that characterise it, the well balancing of power power between the monarchy and the Parliament (people), made any single abuse hard. Beside, even the fact that in our country the monarchy is symbol and element of political and social stability. The monarchy is the guardian of faith. It is the invisible hand above the arena that temperates the political debate that secure the faith. It represents symbolically God the element of peace and love on earth.
Remember, the monarch is anointed by the church, and he is considered as God deputy on earth. In one word it is the first and only one unconditional element of social and political life in our country. You must ask yourself why? The reason is quite simple our church, our Anglican church is meaningless and deprived of its root, heart and soul, I will say in one word its substance by transforming our country in a republic. Simply because the crown created the faith, and is its guardian, no need to recall the historical feud that led to its creation. Our religion the Anglicanism is the first element and manifestation of our real political and cultural independence; we emancipated ourselves from the Pope and the continental Europe dictatorship by creating our own Church. It was our first and essential Brexit. We were the only one European or close European country to do so. This political emancipation and freedom enables us to develop our inner and differential English (British) character and philosophy and gradually conquered and dominate the world with our values and philosophy all would have not been possible without the crown, deciding to emancipate itself from the Pope and Roman Catholic church influence, which no more no less intend to Europeanise our country and keep it in the first form of European Union.
Then, in one word you deprive our country from its monarchy, you set inevitably the seed of its total destruction. Because, we will no longer have our own religion freed of the corruption of the others, we will not have our own religion with its pur values that discipline and encourage our character to betterment. The entire fabric of our nation, as leader of an empire, with the Queen Head of State will be disorganised and totally destroyed. The logical consequences of that will be a remake of the 1960s with the massive and unwise campaign of independence and our country will not survive to it, as until now it stirs and fight to survive from the 1960s independences. The clear and quick result of that is that our country will be transformed in less than a decade in a Spain with its political chaos, division, lost of influence and control on its former colonies, and deep societal, economic and wost identity problem. It is only in the best cases, we can fight with endless decades to be a Portugal all far worst, though less. This is just to underline you dear fellow British the danger of the council's rule and goal on our country. This danger is real as the council moves to attempt placing the Parliament above the Magma Carta and its charters is no more no less as the premises of transforming our country in a republic that fits well their interests, which is maintaining themselves on power and having total power, even though it will be on a small, weak, poor, and very sick country. They aim only maintaining themselves on power and multiplying their power.
The council is maneuvering smartly to carry on its coup and transformation of our country in republic, a republican dictatorship, because already we are in monarchic dictatorship as it arrives to control the Royal Institution. Because our monarchy is the best form of democracy possible as factor of political, social and economic stability for millennium and is by definition against and totally opposed dictatorship in its form to allow it grows. From example the Magma Carta by itself was the element and symbol of the democratic nature of our monarchy as charters for the people by the people, though unneeded then. because our monarchy has always been at the service of the people.
But, still the erection and maintain of the Magma Carta and its charter as our uncodified constitution is a reminder that our monarchy is a democratic one, and that we are the best and greatest form of democracy possible. The best proof is simply the on going political stability unseen in any country of the world that without have not been possible without the monarchy. When you deprive our monarchy, country, of its Magma Carta, you deprive our country of its democracy because the Magma Carta as uncodified constitution is the only fundamental condition of the monarchical democratic nature of our country.
Moreover, depriving our country from its Magma Carta, meaning no more no less that we are no longer a monarchy but a republic because, a republic needs a codified constitution, a monarchy needs uncodified constitution being the Magma Carta in its secularity. And already when you observe the 70 years on going organisation of our country, you see the gradual, quick and deep development of a republic, a dictatorial republic that fits well with the destruction of the religion as living symbol and guardian of virtues and civic and individual rights and liberties. Division that the monarchy fights. Deep economic problem that the monarchy never allows to grow in our country, and has made of our country at all time the richest in the world.
The seen economic crisis of the 1970 has never been seen in our country millenniums existence, even during the chaos of the civil war that Olivier Cromwell set in our country. We have never faced a so great economic problem. The seed of the republic is here also through the deprivation of our Royal Family of its soul being its virtue, and sanctity. People who not have right to be Princes and Princesses were attempted to erect as so. The Royal Family were forced to corrupt itself on all boards: ethical and religious. To crown all that the leader of the council tried to erect himself as the shadow president of the fictive shadow republic develops in the shade of the monarchy, a kind of Oliver Cromwell of a shadow republic, I mean John Adriangham ( attempt because even before there were two crowns, and by far less did theirs have the greatest power, just a kind of tolerating power. But it was not their side of the throne that was tolerating, no clearly Queen, Elizabeth II was).
Already to make its small and gradual move to carry on their coup and make our country a clear republic, we assist to a systematic and planed campaign of depriving the Magma Carta of its deep values, its symbolic and essential values. Everywhere the council is trying to depict it as no more relevant, and that most of its articles were repealed, and that of the 63 articles, only 29 are currently applied. However, it is to not because a generation of British declaring an aspect of the Chart not relevant or against to its then ongoing political reality that makes it unerevelant to other British generation's political realities. It does not mean that the Magma Carta is not our constitution.
