Moreover, that would have reduced the division and saving American image and status of world moral leader. Because with this war, America which was the creator of the world new order with its global organization as the UN that made it the de facto world leader, come to destroy this world order, this global leadership above countries. By doing so, the other countries conclude clearly that America gave up, its responsibility of the world moral gendarme, roles it plays after the end of the Soviet Union, and the born of Russia a derivative country with less power. It was clear from that moment alternative voices and power to America would rise, because the other countries feels as not respected as countries, and the other emerging then super power as China, Russia, Brazil, Nigeria, and establishing super power as France would exploit the Americans planetary leadership vacuum to create a new polarized order, exactly as the council planed it, the all being an equation. The US left the UN forum the anti Iraq war, emerging super power filled America place at their own interests. This war was the beginning of the mono polar world with America as the world leader. That was the symbolic image of this war and the refusal to consult the UN.

Then, here is America the world moral leader, which becomes a country to conquer and colonized another country, when it created the UN to free the world nation from their colonizations. That was the mistake not to be done, as destructive to America image and status.
