On the geopolitical scale the economic growth aimed to empower and easier the emergence of the new world economy and political power, Russia. Russia has opened its doors to the Chinese products in the third world. It easiers the access of the Chinese corporations with the row materials needed to build products. Most of those raw materials come from dictatorian and authoritarian countries under Russian banner.
The greatest part of the deep different policies that led to the emergence of China as world super power were developed by W. Bush's and Barack Obama's administrations. To go in the sense of Saudi Arabia being responsible of the attack, most of those who did the attack, the 5 over the 7 are Saudi citizens. But, you may ask yourselves how can the Saudi's government doing such great scale killing, on Americans, in American soil, and use directly its own citicizens, thing that more than ever shows its responsabilty regarding the attack and not facing American retaliation? The reason is simple, they use firstly their citizens on whom they have high control so that they could control the rethoric of their responsability in the attack as their families are Saudi's citizens and are all under their direct influence. Moreover, any retaliation against their families would be assimulated as a hostile action against the country, and it is here that the council appears. And for years before the so called retaliating war was launched on Afganistan the Saudi's responsability was totally ruled out, though it was clear they are the responsible. Of course, W. Bush as President was working then, only with the scripts of the council already written before he was elected and the attack was done, of course he knows the real responsible. And ask yourselves how then did he come to be President, when Al Gore won the election, and it is only after an obscure recount of votes that the Great Electors narrow lead gives him victory. Nevertheless, what are the counter part, for being declared in lieu place of Al Gore. In politics more a task is tough more it involved lot of conditions. Then, clearly the war against Afganistan and Iraq all were on those conditions. Those wars are to be justified consequently, the attack needs to be done, then he can only be aware of it.
