Kigali Rwanda was the city and country in which John Martin was recruited by the council in 1975.
Along with the other mercenaries, he and his family members were given the American nationality. Bear in mind that the name John Martin was not his real name, but the new name the council gave him. In fact all those public mercenaries were declared dead after being recruited and brought to the US for their training and also for forging them a new life and identity all Americans, though false. In the US in his training, he played basketball. He also sold fish. He received most importantly military training, and was infiltrated in many African rebellion where he fought as CIA optional contractor.

In Niamey, around 2004 few years after Prince Charles was deported in airport, in a suburb country side of Niamey, the council had him settled few yards from the house the heir to the throne was kept .
