 Down in 1975 the council has recruited 5 African mercenaries and thousands other mercenaries for its preparation of Prince Charles deportation and imprisonment  in Niger. The 5 African mercenaries were selected for looking like the prince parents and grandparents in order to keep him jail in Niger in a false family. Among those mercenaries Bradley was the third if not the second most important one. 

     He was selected by the council in Benin, in a rural area of this Western African country. He was selected for looking specifically as Prince Charles' grandmother, the Queen Mother, Elizabeth Bowes Lyon. With his flat body and face, Bradley looked Bowes Lyon in male African version. As all the 4 remaining mercenaries after being enrolled by the council, he was sent in the US and was forged a new American identity with his entire close family. He has been Christianized Jean Bradley. In its preparation of the imprisonment as the other public faces mercenaries underwent plastic surgery to adapt his face to that of Elizabeth Bowes Lyon, Prince Charles, grandmother. For example his nose that was originally big and extended was reduced.

                   After he was enrolled by the council, someone has been hired to play his role as Colonel so that people does not notice his enrolment as here in 2016.

 Bradley has played a key role in the simulated kidnapping of the American kid Joseph John.

       Jean Bradley along with Oscar Wild was made serving also in the Iraq war  in 1990 as optional CIA contractor by the council. For example he is first right in this picture of the war.

   He played also an active role in the imprisonment of Prince Charles since the beginning. In the period 1997-9, Jean Bradley was introduced in the jailing house of the prince heir of the British throne not as a false relative of the prince but as a false neighbor.
