There is a common practice that should never happen not only in CCFN (French and Nigerien Cultural Center) a serious interstate Centre but also on the streets; the rights of a prisoner should be respected as said by all the international laws.

Whereas, this is against human rights, and more specifically the rights of the prisoner, especially when in zone under the control of countries, respectable and famous one in respecting human rights to mean France which is even considered as the land of birth human rights.
