FALSE AND CRIMINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE
March 9, 2018.
This is the false and criminal birth certificate forged by George Bush by pupating Oscar Wild in 1989. It was forged with for enrolling me at school with a false identity, and then hiding my real identity and my imprisonment. Everything on this false birth certificate is false.
For instance at the first glance on this false birth certificate you see everything is false. That is how you can see the stamp is false as Diffa is not a Sous Perfecture. There is no as well the name of the person who signed the stamp. The Sous Prefecture is not a person but an institution. It does not signed. Once again Diffa is not a Sous Perfecture, but a Prefecture.
Please, note well that it was forged such way you do not know if it is either Dosso that is assimilated to a Sous Prefecture or Tessa. None of them is a Sous Prefecture and has a Sous Prefet. Tessa, then, in 1983 was a small canton of Dosso’s region to be a Sous Prefecture, and even recently with the decentralization it became just a small commune with a Mayor. Whereas, Diffa since the administrative division of Niger is a Prefecture with a Prefet, but never had a Sous Prefet. In addition another complementary deeply false information is added regarding the very title of the so called Amani Yari, who is given him the function of Sous Prefet, or both Sous Prefect and Prefet. For instance, the fact that Sous is followed by a slash and then Prefet, makes that he is both Prefet and Sous Prefet. That is totally false. A region is either a Prefecture than has only a Prefet, but not a Sous Prefet. It is impossible to give both titles to a single person. But, is it the function of a Sous Prefet, or even a Prefet to establish birth certificate or so called birth declaration? Of course no, that is not the function of the Sous Prefet or a Prefet, but a responsibility gives town hall, and Regional or communinal Justice Tribunal. In fact the main responsible of the establishment of a birth certificate is the town hall that is another additional proof that this birth certificate is more than false on the form and the spirit of birth certificate.
Beside all those points. The procedure of the birth certificate is not respected no matter the case you take. There are only mainly two ways of establishing a birth certificate. The first one the person is born in a maternity the sage femme write a hand writing birth record that is handed to the parents of the baby. It is this hand writing they bring to town hall in normal circumstances for doing the birth certificate, or even exceptionally to the Tribunal for having issued in both case a definitive birth certificate. The last case is when the woman gives birth at home. When I asked my guard Oscar who falsely changed his identity to make himself Nigerien, when American and coming in Niger for the first time on 28 September, 1983, he does not know who the person is for he never existed. When, I asked him who the Bouzou Taberou is; he told me it is the name of his cover up false made brother named Abdou and nicknamed Faltcha. Know, in the false Nigerien village of Tessa, George Bush has created for Oscar Wild a false family with Nigeriens that look like him, matched to form a false family. The neighbouring countryside area of Allassandey is covered up as the home region of Iren Samson, my second mercenary’s guard, who is American as Oscar. For the birth certificate is totally false as I proved it. Nevertheless imagine that group of words mean: I for Infirmier or nurse in English in other words infermier chef de Tessa. But Tessa did not even have a clinic by this time. And let assume it had thing that is false, if the group of words means Infirmier Chef with I for infirmier. The remaining letters and words C, or DR refer to what? You see very confusing as totally false. The DR can signify Dr Chef Tessa, but there was no a doctor in small village clinic to have many doctors among which there is a Chef though we suppose there was a clinic in Tessa, thing that is false, and then what do refer the other letters and words. Those words and letters are too many to be typing errors. Everyone agrees with that. Even in the case all the options are put to mean Infirmier Chef, and Doctor Chef, and Doctor of Tessa there are many letters that will be left without any rational meaning, meaning that hypothesis is as well false.
Moreover, one cannot and does not declare a birth. A birth is declared by issuing a hand writing birth record to be brought to the town hall or Tribunal for issuing a definitive birth certificate. Without even saying that I took the group of words and letters as a function, that may not be the case as just under Bouzou Taberou’s name those group of words and letters are writing, without any mention. Meaning the Bouzou Taberou isn’t even a person working in a fictive clinic, just as himself is fictive.
In addition before the so called Bouzou Taberou’s name: ‘Nom et Domicile’ is written those confusing words which may be used to mean a place. But, which place? For Tessa was then a small canton, then what means the remaining letters and words as Chef, or I, or DR? Total non sense. In case, Tessa means a district that it is not, what means the remaining letters and words as Chef, I or C? Total non sense as well. Consequently those groups of words do not refer to a place, either. Proving the total falseness of this birth certificate.
The falsity of this false birth certificate does not stop to those points stated. For instance, I was falsely declared born in Allassandey then why declaring a birth in even the false case of the I C DR Chef Tessa meaning to mean a clinic it isn’t? When a person is born at home, his birth is not declared in clinic or any medical center. No. But it was declared in the town hall for establishing him a birth certificate. Beside all that a birth isn’t declared, to a town hall. ‘No’ one thousand times. A birth certificate is established in a town hall. And once again Tessa did not have then a clinic in case that means a clinic. Moreover, that I C DR Chef is referred to as a place. A birth certificate is not declared at a place either, but established in town hall or Tribunal.
There is any signature of the so called declarant and the agent d’etat civil or the clerk’s signature is declared Illisible or unreadable. Before going forward in that demonstration of the falseness of this false birth certificate, there is not even false document when there is no signature of the persons who signed beside even the fact that such procedure never existed. That is not all, but what is the name of the so called agent d’état civil. Because, though there is a signature without the name of the person that signed the document is false, and when there is no name there is no signature but sign, useless as any. Beside all those additional points showing the falseness of that document, there is no such procedure of establishing a birth certificate with a so called declarant and agent d’état civil.
Furthermore, there are not clear names and jobs of the parents of the so called baby. For instance for father Hassane is written. When Oscar Wild, even in his cover up false identity is given the name Hassane Issaka Toubi. Then here, clearly the full name of the false father is not writing. Meaning then the father could be any Hassane; and there are millions and millions of Hassane in Niger and the world, and each could be the father. In fact, here even in the falsity of that that false birth certificate Bush wants protects his mercenary. That is why he did not write, his total false name of Hassane Issaka.
The falsity of this birth certificate do not stop here. The Hassane was giving the job of journalist. But, Oscar Wild cover up as Hassane Issaka is not a journalist, but a photographer. And there is a huge difference between a journalist and photographer. A journalist presents news, and the photographer takes pictures. It is as simple as that. And Oscar is not even working in ONEP but just an occasional photographer. And he was not even working there as all. As nowhere can you see his name among the agents of ONEP. Then here is another proof of the falsity of that false birth certificate.
As the name of the mother of the so called baby, Biba is writing, without even writing the name of her father. Everything that means it could be any Biba even in the very falseness of the birth certificate. That means the so called mother can be one among the millions of Biba in Niger and the world. You see how false this birth certificate is even in the falseness. The profession of the so called mother is not given, adding additional falseness to the huge falseness of this false birth certificate. In addition, Biba is called fully in the cover up under the false name of Biba Soumana. Her real name being Iren Samson, and she is an African American.
Beside all those endless proofs showing the falseness of this false birth certificate there is never such thing of birth certificate in the form of this false and criminal birth certificate. On one hand it is said it is the first hand writing birth certificate legalized by a person who does not have the role and authority to do so in other words a Sous Prefet or a Prefet without even talking about the fact that I proved that no matter the options taken it is false. It just never exists a person names Amani Yari, especially with false function false relying on false institution that never existed. In Nigerien context Amani is Zarma name; when Yari is beribery name. Those two ethnics are two opposite ones, oppose by a deep abyss of hate and prejudges. Reason why a beribary does not give Zarma’s name to his offspring, just Zarma did not do the same thing. By the way, it is a lawyer, or police officer that legalizes documents not Sous Prefet, or Prefet, beside their non existence in this case.
On the other hand it half suggested that this false document is a birth certificate that is legalized, that is false because Oscar Wild the jailer, declared that this is my only birth certificate, when on it is writing a legalize copy.
Better, there is not such format of birth certificate, which is both a hand writing birth certificate transcript in birth certificate and hand writing birth certificate and it is made as both with the mention “a remettre of declarant” in English ‘to be given to the person who declared it’. In fact there is only one form of birth certificate the definitive one makes based on the hand writing one, or through the two person witnesses one, in all case there is no words as “ a remettre au declarant” and with reference to section with “volet n 1”.
Another additional falsehood regarding this false birth certificate is, it is forged as the first hand writing birth record is done in Tessa, or Dosso and then made a definitive birth certificate in Diffa. Whereas those are two different regions, and departments. When you are born in a canton, or a part of a department it is only in the circle of this department you can make the definitive birth certificate based on the hand writing birth record but never in another department you are not born in. As this false birth certificate falsely declared it, born in Allassandey and declared so either in Tessa, Dosso, or even in Diffa.
Moreover, beside even the false and fictive names contain in this false birth certificate, you can see it is a criminal interpretation of my identity in Nigerien, and Islamic context. For instance regarding my name Bush and his group of criminals has changed my name from the Western Christian Joseph to Nigerien, and Arab culture name of Issoufou meaning Joseph in Islam. When Hassane means in Hebrew (Chosen). That is not all, the name of my mother Baroness has been interpreted as Biba. Just as the name of the false declarant Bouzou Taberou is criminal interpretation of Baroness Martin. Whereas the full name of my father can be felt in the name Amani Yari phonetic interpretation of John Jason. The name of my natal birth state of Texas is translated by Tessa, while Galveston is interpreted by Allassandey.
There is another false element that is writing in this false birth certificate that does respect any convention regarding the format of birth certificate by writing a so called date of declaration of a birth certificate, with the 10/10/1983. That is never mentioned on a birth certificate as this false declaration is another rebirth day. Just a birth isn’t declared but birth records are written by the sage femme who directed the birth.
All the schools and institutions that have taken this false birth certificate have been both forced and corrupted by George Bush and his hatred system to do so. That is how all those years it has been taken in place of a birth certificate, when at first sight it is a very mock to a birth certificate.
In fact this false birth certificate is a shameful false certificate forged and typed by Oscar Wild, and has been delivered by any legal authority. He is the only one, who has forged it, pupated by George. Nothing about it is true, every single point is false, and forged to be false. This false birth certificate was forged in 1989 by Oscar Wild for the purpose of enrolling me at school.
