This morning the council and its mercenaries attempted to kill or kidnap Prince Charles with gangesters who wore the Nigerien police uniform. They attempted the killing and the kidnapping few yards from the Swiss Consulate in Niamey. It is at around 500 yards from the Rond Point Kennedy of Niamey.
The council and its accomplices control the area that they block the entrance to anyone if not their gangesters for the kidnapping purpose. Those mercenaries gathered one after the other in the place. They wore automatic weapons.
