After I have been deny my evacuation for London at our British Consulate in Niamey in the French Ambassy, in September 2018; I wrote to sue the council for my kidnapping; and hostage keeping in Niger by lack of money due to my hostage keeping; I cannot for the time being sending it to a court in London. Whenever, possible I will send it.
