It is in Elhaj Bango’s area, less than 50 yards from the famous road called Route Filingué in Wadata that Charles Arthur George Philip was jailed for the first time in Niamey. The heir to the throne was deported in the house from Dosso, on December 28, 1985.

In the house which was then in clay, he was jailed directly by Oscar Wild and Iren Samson, who hide his imprisonment in a false family that they were not besides being simply the kidnappers of the Prince. They never have sex; their only relation is limited to a strictly criminal professional relation of protecting the imprisonment of the Prince. The night, they put Charles between their two bodies lying on a mattress so that no one succeeds freeing him, though the house just as the entire area is crowded by the mercenaries of the council all dedicated to the imprisonment. The Prince quite remembers the bedroom of the flat leads to the street outside the house; but instead of having him slept there, they made the Prince slept in the living room fearing someone might break the wall of the bedroom and save him though they were in the flat and all the area is totally occupy by the council mercenaries.

In that house, Prince Charles was for the first time allowed to play in the yard of the house, contrary to Dosso where the mercenaries do not let him go neither in the yard of the house, not even to talk about the exterior of the house. He was always jailed inside the dirty and filthy clay house, and for the essential of the time. It was even handcuffed that he was gotten out the afternoon and laid on a mat in the hay fence around the gate of flat.

In this house, he was let play in the yard, but never letting going outside, fearing that someone might free him. While playing by an afternoon of 1986, Prince Charles broke his left feet’s toe, by having fallen accidentally on it, while playing, a metallic rod that split in two his toe. He was brought in the Hospital national of Niamey for being treated. The toe was sewn, and over months totally healed. It was then the only time he went outside the house. But, in the confusion of the injury he was injected drugs that clouded more his memory. He kept few memories of the events of the after injury, despite the great pain of the injury that continues on days. It was only in Nouveau Carréjailed (It was on exactly on January 4, 1986 that he was deported in Nouveau Carre’s jail) that he reached his childhood awareness as the effect of the memory cleaning drug dissipated. It was then that he started being aware of everything around him and their memory cleaning drugs were not enough strong to make him forget the past event, especially the day events. This is a serious violation of the political prisoner right than intoxicated him with drugs to clean and cloud his memory. It is more than a worst violation of international laws than torturing (Cleaning a prisoner memory is assimilated to the mutilation of the prisoner as so it is a serious torture and crime against humanity), especially when did on a Prince and a kid.

In that house, Charles was jailed by mercenaries who were cover up as whores. They put on their skins lightening creams that totally changed the black nature of their skins in a frightening mixture of yellow, red and black colour. The Prince heir to the throne is frightened by the color of those women, reason why he rarely play in the yard of the house though allowed to do so. That is a shameful and illegal imprisonment, how can a kid being jailed with prostitutes that received their clients in the same house at the sight of the kid. In fact, the prostitutes with lightening skin was put in the jail to brain wash and clean the kid memory in thinking in Niger there was also white people in the effort of putting Charles in Nigerien perspective and have him forgotten his identity and country.

In that house for the essential of the day, he was jailed by Iren Samson, Oscar who did not sleep all the night as he kept his eyes wide opened on the bed where they jailed Charles with Iren between their two bodies, went in the house of the area all owned by the council to sleep all the day, after simulated going at work. It was only in the night that he came back.

In fact, in all Niamey the council and its accomplices never control an area that area of Elhaj Bango, where the Prince was imprisoned for the first time in Niamey. Every small house or person is compulsory a person only dedicated to the imprisonment, which was so strict at an extent under any circumstance the Prince is let going outside. Moreover, no one is allowed to go in the flat in which Charles Arthur George Philip was jailed. During the around one year he was held in the house without any human visit, there was only one mercenary named Bana that enter in it under the pretext of joining Oscar for going outside. And he by himself never sits in the flat, it is standing that he enters and waits Oscar who in the following seconds following him for going outside the jail. That was the only human visit of the jail, and he entered in the flat less than 5 times according to Prince Charles.  The mercenary by himself was chosen for being a highly trusted among the circle of mercenaries. Bana received strict instructions regarding the ways he behaves in entering the flat. He never greeted speech or even looks Prince Charles, and all his few visits it was only during the night.

In that jailed Prince Charles was jailed alone, Fati the kid that was brought to hide is imprisonment in Dosso where brought to her parents. It was only in Nouveau Carré house that he would be brought.

More globally in the house only enters strict and trusted mercenaries of the council who were covered up as clients of the prostitutes. Those mercenaries were introduced in the house to traumatize and tortured the young Prince political prisoner. They have the look and the face, of men in moral and ethical decadence, with their eyes sink by their deep sexual passion, and their faces draw by the rude nature of their existence.  There were less than 5 of those mercenaries that entered the house the day. For the remaining part of the day, the house yard was filled by the prostitutes who sit on small traditional wood bench to serve as monitors of the jail security against any intruders.

Until now the council and its accomplices control strictly this area, which was the first to be rebuilt totally to hide the place Prince Charles was imprisoned in horrible conditions. The house was very dangerous for the council not to be quickly rebuilt. Only enter in the corner only the council’s mercenaries. The control and strict protection of the house and the area is great at an extent when Prince Charles on August 05 left the Nouveau Carré area and was entering in the corner of the jail by filming superficially the mercenaries that were protecting the house harass him under the pretext he was filming them.

In fact, before he enters the area they were informed by Charles’ visit and they received the instruction to prevent him filming the place by using the false pretext that he was filming.  Charles Arthur after turning in the corner of the house, barely look them, when less than 5 yards, a mercenary yelled on him and ask him, ‘Why are you filming me…’ in the Nigerien Zarma, the Nigerien local language. Thus the man walks quickly toward the Prince; before the other joined him. They make the matter a big dramatic scene and was exploring how they could transform it to even beat if not kill the Prince as they started saying he might be a spy. Upon saying that there was one of the mercenaries that held the sleeve of his shirt upon insisting that he should clean the pictures of him he snapped. The Prince was obliged to show them his Nigerien ID card based on the false and criminal birth certificate to show them he was not a spy but a teacher as written on it; and calmed them more by saying them he was visiting his friend Song who in the area. Of course they were more frightened both by the card, and the name of Song he referred to as if they did him any wrong, Song being less than one mile from there would show up as the monarchists were watch the scene as the entire world because Prince Charles though jailed his watch not only by the mercenaries who were jailing but by the entire world. It becomes a subject of worry for it specially; when the council did not control the regime in Niger, though having lot of power in it. So, it is in order to avoid any bad repercussion to the council and its accomplices that they were order to let him go. That is how; he resumes walking toward the house and succeeds filming it.
