The UN accepts the principle of Felix Tshisekedi's election and demands the actors of the Congolese political scene to maintain peace, and in case of desire to challenge the result to do it in accordance of the Constitution and Laws of the country.
In fact, he urges, and almost command the Congolese and the entire world, for which it speaks; as using the word 'commends' to mean congratulation of the Congolese people for their the successful organisation of the presidential election: UN Statement.
Any one who goes against this declaration goes against the instruction of the UN as institution abilitated to defend peace and stability in the world, that demands the election's page to be turn successfully.
