When it comes to financial consequences of the war for America, the answer is the economic crisis in 2008 in America in the middle of the war and Iraq exploitation by Bush and the council mercenaries. But the real reason of the war they put it aside, which is the lack of cash of the American central government as trillion of dollar and more were put in the war effort, and the profits goes to cartels and mercenaries and offshore banks all supplied by Bush and cartel and their accomplices. That show clearly the American banks did not receive the profits of the war, when the same American banks supplied the billions to the central government, beside the huge deal of money fabricated to satisfy the war need, the dollar simply lost its value. That are the economic consequences of the war to the American economy. When the other side, a huge market of planey guns, and military tanks and fighters were sold to the other country of the world by the Russian government, America putting the essential of its weapons and engine fabricated in the world, and the other countries of the world as Saudi Arabia, felt threatened and supplied their army with Russian weapons. That is the procedure through which Russia uses its weapon industry to develop its economy beside the oil business.
China is an homogeneous country comparing to America, as it is a secular millennium country with people Chinese from ancestors to ancestors millennium back that beside the main 80% homogeneity of the Chinese population with just less than 20% minorities Chinese as well through millenniums. So the other systems and networks of influence have few easiness of influence on the country which does not have origin support to exploit. Of course, beside Russia, the great neighbour of the country, which has the greatest influence through the geographic proximity, and the shared communist history with the Soviet Union, the greatest support of the Communist China of Mao Tsetung. So the geopolitical calculation is simple putting its influence, power, and wealth in the logic of Russia, China, Brazil bloc of influence.
